Lay-by
Lay-by deposit is 20% of total purchase.
Lay-by period is 8 weeks with payments to be made monthly.
Purchasers must inform store of any change of address.
Lay-by parcels cannot be broken and must therefore be collected in full.
Lay-by items cannot be cancelled or returned then repurchased at sale price.
No "change of mind" refund or credit on lay-bys once paid in full.
Refund
We refund on faulty goods in accordance with the relevant legislation. Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund.
